MedicMate™ Modular Multi-Syringe Organizer

The MedicMate™ is a fully modular syringe organizer built by working paramedics for working paramedics. Configure your syringe stack, choose your mount, add your side clips — and build the loadout that actually fits your workflow.

Syringe Rig

Choose the syringe configuration that matches how you work:

Standard A — 20mL / 10mL / 10mL / 5mL

Standard B — 10mL / 10mL / 3mL / 3mL / 1mL

PRO — 20mL / 20mL / 10mL / 10mL / 3mL / 3mL

Every rig includes an integrated soft needle cap clamp and medication stopper storage, a quick-release bungee for attachment to carabiners, belts, and more, a bungee toggle as a secondary syringe securing backup, and a soft side slot for ID cards, alcohol swabs, needle caps, Tegaderms, and more.

Mounting System

Choose how and where MedicMate™ attachs — all mounts are fully modular via included M3 screws and allen key:

Pocket / MOLLE Clip

Comes included wirh base kit, MOLLE/PALS compatible. Attaches to monitor pouches, pockets, belts, and more.

IV Pole / Bar Mount

Bungee cord wraps around IV poles, monitor handles, and stretcher rails with a sailor cinch to tension the bungee. Soft backer prevents slipping during use.

Velcro Mount

Industrial-strength Velcro backplate for bags, vests, or pouches with Velcro compatibility.

Side Clips

Expand your MedicMate™ with modular side clips — swapped and secured via included M3 screws:

Drip Set Clip — Secures drip set chambers during transport to aid in drip rate monitoring

Blood Clip — Holds blood drip set chambers securely in place

Vial Clip — Securely holds vials between doses to prevent lost medication or dosing errors

10mL Clip — Holds flushes, 10cc syringes, or preloads vertically for an extra slot while reducing catch points

Blank Clip — Keeps MedicMate™ pocket-friendly and minimizes catch points when extra clips aren’t needed

Hot-Swap Colour-Coded Slots

Each syringe slot gets its own colour tab slot for instant visual identification. Additional Colour tabs follow international standards for medication ID and swap easily with a fingernail or pen tip — no tools required.
