A low-profile, rapid-access tourniquet carrier that mounts your TQ exactly where you need it — pocket, plate carrier, duty belt, or car sun visor (is it sunny, or just dangerous?)
Purpose-built for windlass-style tourniquets with velcro straps (CAT-style). The tourniquet is held by both a bungee/shock-cord loop and the holder's integrated velcro. In use, release the bungee and the tourniquet unfolds under gravity — the velcro catches it so it ends upstaged and ready to applyinstead of on the ground. That staging area makes one-handed application far easier.
